Santosha Yoga Center, North Hills premier yoga center was founded in 2006 by Holly Lassila, DrPH, RPh. Holly has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10 years. Her inspiration for opening the center was her two children. Santosha Yoga Center is a place where people of all levels and abilities can come together in a supportive and warm environment to enjoy the many benefits of yoga.

Our teachers bring a wide array of experience, enthusiasm and fun to every class they teach. With training in Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, our teachers can adjust and modify postures allowing every student to develop their own unique practice.  Meet our teachers
