Free Home Gym Fitness Class
In response to several readers comments regarding my "Fitness Corner" article
in the Hampton News each month, on Thursday, April 23rd, the regularly scheduled
Strengthen, Sculpt and Tone class will not be held. Instead, there will be a free
class designed to help individuals who wish to work out at home, develop a home
fitness program. In the March article "Setting Up a Home Gym on a Budget" , I discussed many of the key pieces of equiptment needed in a home gym on a budget.
(i.e. FitBall, resist-a-bands, dumb bells, pull-up bar, jump rope, ect..) This
class will put these pieces of equiptment into practice and allow you to set up
a safe and effective home routine. So bring your equiptment and come learn some
basics.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required so call 724-449-YOGA or email
yoga@santoshayogapa.com to register.
Possible 7:15am class with Maggi
There has been some interest being voiced in having an early am yoga class. Maggi
has offered to run a class on Tuesday (or possibly Wednesday) mornings from 7:15-8:30am.
If you or someone you know have interest in this class please contact Matt Imhof
and put your name on the interested list. If there is enough interest, class would
run monthly as part of the regular schedule or possibly as a session.
